The guardian- David Cameron says migrants trying to 'break in' to UK illegally

The article quotes UK's  prime minister upon trying to explain himself for his use of the word "swarm" to describe the numbers of immigrants entering the UK. Instead of stating figures he simply claims that the UK, during the previous 25 years, has been amongst the most generous countries. After stating that he yet again diverts the audiences attention back to the main aim of his speech which is convincing others that the UK cannot allow migrants to 'break in' to their country.
